    The Blur faces an Asgardian

Its a steel chain holding an engine. Even if the blade is sharp, it would need a lot of energy behind it to cut it they way it did. Though I will agree the sword mitigates it as a strength feat, but its superhuman either way. I disagree. I've seen similarly heavy objects held up by rope - it's...

    The Blur faces an Asgardian

Qawsedf234, that steel chain feat was with a remarkably sharp blade, which negates it as a strength feat. As for the archery... yeah, that's a bit ridiculous, and defies the laws of physics - though I would put that more down to it being a trick arrow than draw strength. However, I direct you to...

    The Blur faces an Asgardian

Thor. Easily. Look, Clark by his Blur stage is a pretty good hand to hand fighter, but Thor has 1500 years of training and experience in both armed and unarmed combat. Not only does he beat a whole squad of SHIELD Agents - combat trained professionals in their own fight, very highly trained as...

Addition of Hard-Light Constructs to power list.

In short, she doesn't do it often, unless you count changing her light-form... or the fact that she may not technically be 'human' at all, and her human form is just an extremely sophisticated hard-light construct.

Addition of Hard-Light Constructs to power list.

In this one, she refers to it as like letting out a breath (when she goes to lightform), thus implying her body is essentially a hard light construct: https://i.imgur.com/ohfNTOU.jpg Turns into an explicitly hard-light construct capable of destroying a world: https://imgur.com/a/lRSVIN3

    alien vs assassin

A Xenomorph can't hurt an Angel. An Angel is immensely intelligent, incredibly fast, and absurdly strong. It isn't even a fight.

Addition of Hard-Light Constructs to power list.

During her time on the Ultimates, it was explicitly noted that her 'base' form as Monica Rambeau was essentially a hard-light construct, and that when she shed it to activate her powers, she was in many ways powering down.

Legion (cured personality disorder) VS. Franklin Richards (Adult)

Legion was fully functional when he went up against Life Seed Nate Grey, who punked him in about five seconds. A full potential adult Franklin is at least on par with Life Seed Nate, if not well beyond. In short? This wouldn't even be a fight.

    Wizard vs Alchemist

Dresden has enhanced reactions as the Winter Knight, and extensive experience both using and defending against far more potent fire than that described - while exhausted, wounded with hawthorn, and carrying multiple broken bones, and freaking naked, he managed to generate a shield against a wave...

    Nate Grey tier upgrade

It's explicitly stated, by Jean, that he created a whole new plane of existence. This can be taken either as a whole new plane of reality, or an entire separate universe - one he created, not one he moved them to. 2-C seems like a fair rating.

    Tier Upgrade

In light of recent feats in 'Age of X-Man', including creating the titular reality (explicitly defined as another plane of existence), and all of its inhabitants aside from the X-Men, and a timeline for it, he should be advanced from Tier 4-B to low Tier 2-C (at least).

    Thor (Marvel) V.S Nate Grey

Except that Nate spends the entirety of that series playing quite literally everyone else like a harp, and only loses because he misjudged the Green Goblin persona's capacity for rationality. Remember what that fight led to: Nate 'losing' and 'dying' allowed him to possess Norman Osborn. He...
