Rey is a level inquisitor, the only reason she has beaten Kylo is because he did not fight seriously and other external factors.
Although Rey has a bad reputation for being too OP, she really isn't that strong.
Yes, Maul was his guard down.
Still, people use scene taken out of context to say that Maul lost to a Padawan. (Even when in the animated series, he is able to fight and even beat an Obi-Wan who is already a Jedi master.)
Maul
Although he is not at the level of characters like Vader or Sidious, many people act as if he is much weaker than he really is, arguing that "He lost against Padawans".
Forgetting that when Maul was "killed" by Padawan Obi-Wan, he had killed one of the best Masters of the Jedi order, just...
Kylo Ren: He is not as strong as his grandfather, but there are many people who really put him below Cal Kestis or Ezra Bridger. (Simply because he lost against Rey, ignoring the context of the fight)
"Bold statement from Sivana considering they're in the DCU, the weapons of man extend pretty far with Batman and Superman in existence."
Superman is not human and the weapons shown by Batman are 8-C at best. (Batman could only hurt Superman, because he was weakened by Kryptonite)
Homelander due to skill and experience.
Although assuming that the second season will revealed that he is vulnerable to magic, Shazam could win.
Ps:Assuming that "human weapons" also includes Nukes, that could make Shazam and Homelander rise to 7-B.
Nope.
The spiderman who fought with Captain America, Bucky, Vulture and Shocker was Civil War and homecoming version.
The Peter from far from home must be far superior to that version.
You should bear in mind that just because the MCU version hits at least 14% stronger, does not mean that he can counteract the skill of his video game counterpart.
The feat in which supposedly destroys the city should not be 7-A?, that is to say it is described as a great metropolis.
It would probably be like that.
Old Piccolo: At least 8-B. (Stronger than Roshi and Tien.)
Young Piccolo: Low 7-C. (He destroyed many buildings with a relatively casual...
It is not as if a difference of 40% was so much.
If someone fights intelligently, can beat someone who has twice the AP in a direct physical fight.

My vote is for Spiderman, his spider sense should give him advantage in a fight with equalized speed.
Drones can be considered glass cannon, are relatively fragile but can damage 8-c spiderman.
"His tiering is questionable to me now, considering he would definitely get destroyed by bullets they way he dodged the bullets shot by the drones, and used said drones as a shield against the bullets."...
If that's the problem I have with the AP and the durability
Surviving a nuclear explosion that covers the entire body does not mean you survive a fist with the same power that covers a square decimeter.
