C.A.P.E. - Convective Available Potential Energy (Method for storm calcs)

This isn't a good metric, since the correlation between CAPE and the resulting winds are too weak, CAPE values are typically not consistent throughout different heights and typically fictional sotrm creating uses very different methods then real life. Limitations[edit] As with most parameters...

    Problems with subatomic destruction values.

I've noticed some issues with the Subatomic destruction values, where inaccurate values are shown. Stuff like 8.9363E12 J/cc for Ice, and 5.403E13J/cc for concrete. The Dalton which is the unit for atomic mass =931.5MeV/c^2. So in reality for most substances, the nuclear binding energy is...

How much energy would it take to Sub atomize a rock.

5.403E13J/cc Is a conpletely inaccurate figure. In reality, the binding energies of most nuclei are roughly .9% of their mass energies. Or roughly 8E14J/kg, 8E11J/gram

    One Piece Heat resistance Scaling

Lightning heats the air up so much specifically because air is a poor conductor of electricity, more conductive materials won't be heated up anywhere near as much. Additionally, assuming that artifcially produced long lasting lightning has ad least as high power (energy/ time) as a normal...

I don't think that that's how it works. Planes get struck by lighting all the time and usually are unscathed.

    Darth Sidious profile change.

Shouldn't Disney Darth Sidious be divided in 2? 1st for ROTS Darth Sidious and 2nd for Darth Sidious during the end of "The Rise Of Skywalker", as palpatine was powered up by a large number of SIth then.

    Alexandria (worm) upgrade.

I couls calculate the amount of power of the heat from compressive heating from travelling through the air at that speed, as that scales as the cube of velocity.

    Potter-Verse: possibly a big upgrade

The Bellatrix calc is wrong. The calc is assumes the shockwave travels at the speed of sound. However the the formula is true that is must be possible for shockwaves to move at speeds other then the speed of sound. The formula implies that the shockwave will infact slow down as it spreads out...

    MCU Thanos and Ronan downgrade.

The two subscenes contradict each other in terms of blast speed. As such either the first is slowed down of the second is sped up. Since we see people running away in the first, it reasonable to assume that it's the first shot which is in real time. Also the second shot is the type of thing...

    MCU Thanos and Ronan downgrade.

Not different angels. Celestials are 2000ft tall so we can see in video that the celestial is at a distance in th esingle to double digit km, which is travvled in roughly a second.

    MCU Thanos and Ronan downgrade.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sw6oVPrIOVc&feature=youtu.be&t=37 Looking at seconds 0:38 and 0:39 we can see 2 things. 1. That the ground apart from the very top is not moved around. Meaning we should stick to atmosphere and MAYBE oceans. 2. We can see how fast the blast REALLY travels by...

Considering this, I don't think that others should be scaled from Grinselwald.

    MCU Thanos and Ronan downgrade.

But we do not know how dramatic and destructive the effects were on the other side of the planet, just that it was were enough to destroy all civilization there. Additionally, there is no evidence that the blast shifted the crust. Infact, before it zooms out to view the entire planet we get to...

    Potter-Verse: possibly a big upgrade

The Belletrix calc is weirdl. The methodology for the calc is not explained And there are some unexplained numbers in there (why is there an 1/1.05^5 in there? At no point in the calc is how powerful the shockwave is taken into account. Also the Dumbledore calc uses 0.27kg/m^3 as it's density...
  19. Blademan9999

    Potter-Verse: possibly a big upgrade

Possibly, but the density it correct for a fire 1200 degrees hotter then normal air. It's using 1000 instead of 919 as the specific heat capacity figure though.
  20. Blademan9999

    Potter-Verse: possibly a big upgrade

No, the hotter a fire is the less dense it will be due to the ideal gas law, the properties of which fire obeys. If you were to take fire at 1000 Kelvin, and then heat it to 2000 Kelvin, the fire would expand and cover mor volume.
  21. Blademan9999

    Potter-Verse: possibly a big upgrade

Fire like air obeys the ideal gas law. So like air it's density will depend on it's temperature. The 0.3g/l density is for fires at everyday temperatures, not 3000C fire. So the density of this fire should be = 1.225kg/m^3*288C/3273C=0.10779kg/m^3. 28120.93*0.1078=3031.2kg...

Wasn't Red She Hulk heavily boosted then. I mean the explosion also took out 3 characters who were equal with standard hulk.

Yes IF you make 2 questionable assumptions. I think that Likely 5-A Is the best that can be possibly justified.

Major upgrade to Scio from here. "Once they are reformed, they leech all of the heat and energy from countless worlds and concentrate it in a single reality. The energy boils the oceans of silt-choked waters, disintegrates the landmasses. Their bodies form into a large, complex shape, with...

    Doomfist (and others) downgrade.

Doomfist is rated as High 8-C due it bieng said that his guantler was "able to level a skyscraper". However, the person who says this is a small child, and thus not exactly that reliable. I therfore suggest that his rating be changed to possibly High 8-C or Likely High 8-C.

Well thanks, it seems the problem is finally going to solved and now Gandalf will have stats that make sense.
  37. Blademan9999

Where does Gandalf get his 4-A rating from.

I STILL don't see the chain of scalings that get from Gandalf the Grey to the Valar.
  38. Blademan9999

Where does Gandalf get his 4-A rating from.

Where is that from? And was that specified to be in their mortal forms? And honestly it would be more reasons to take the tier 4 as being an outlier considering the shear number of incidents that contradict it.
  39. Blademan9999

Where does Gandalf get his 4-A rating from.

    1. Where is that from? 2. Gandalf the Grey is far from the most powerful Maiar. 3. The potrayals of Gandalf, Saruman and Sauron are WILDLY incompatible with them being tier 4. I mean even Sauron was intimidated into surrendering by a mundane army.
  40. Blademan9999

Where does Gandalf get his 4-A rating from.

Again, unkonwn timeframe, and minimum energy of 4-A is quadrillions of time that of 4-C After all to achieve 4-A you have to make and energy blast so large that even after spreading out for lightyears it's still strong enough to destory stars.
