Nerevarine wins. He can nullify and reflect magic spells. He can use Sanctuary to make all his physical attacks miss him no matter what. Only problem is that Chosen Undead can resurrect himself from death, but The Nevevarine can Soul Trap his soul(s) into a Soul Gem and kill him that way.
Nerevarine can make himself more lucky for certain events to happen (For example: casting a spell.) and can make people less lucky by draining their skills. He has a spell effect called Sanctuary that makes all physical attacks miss no matter what. He also has spells and enchantments that can...

May I request to add some other ablities to the Hero of Kvatch page as well as Acausity and Resurrection? I want to add Necromancy, Weather Manipulation, Matter Manipulation, Probability Manipulation and Madness Inducement to his page.
1) True. But after creating it, didn't he maintain control and sustain it under his power? After defeating him, the realm collapses.
2) The Daedra Princes can create and manipulate dimensions and are multiversal, so I think Higher-Dimensional would be a good fit. Maybe spatial manipulation...
Okay,so I just finished playing Oblivion and I think it's time for some revisions.
For the Hero of Kvatch, before becoming the New Sheogorath, I think we should put his AP at Island level since he defeated Mankar Camoran who created a dimension the size of an island. I remember it was at island...
I don't know. Type 1 is usually reserved for living beings. Androids don't age, they just rust until their disfunctional. As for type 2, 2b is capable of bleeding to death despite being an android, so...
I don't know about whether or not Jygggalag was something made up, but I disagree about the Hero not existing anymore. Especially in Skyrim when it is strongly hinted that Sheogorath is the hero you play in Oblivion. Have you tried talking about this with a staff member yet?
Even if he's not the old Sheogorath, he still maintains control over the previous one's power when he obtained his mantle. The Hero even managed to defeat Jygalag, who is literally stronger than every other Daedric Prince combined, in combat. I don't see how that's not 2-A level.
So I've noticed that the Daedra Princes have type 4 and 9 immortality. I was wondering if we should change The Hero of Kvatch's Immortality as well to types 4 and 9. Considering that he became a Daedric Prince, he should have the same type of Immortality.
Also, if biotics were town level, Shepard would be able to kill reapers with just biotics, since Reapers are town level too, instead of Heavy weapons. Maybe we should put "Multi-City Block+ with Biotics". What do you think?
