    Bang while exhausted managed to one shot multiple Kuroi Seishi clones who are baseline 7-A in the same scene in which he one shots Fuhrer Ugly (transformed) and Gums. So Bang is more on the "can one shot baseline 7-As when exhausted" level of 7-A than baseline.
