Michael has shown a weakness in the Lucifer comic run. He was struck from behind by a lance from Sandalphon. Means that angelic weapons should also be able to harm Lucifer as he's supposed to be on the same level as Michael.

If a being is affected by time, is it still an outversal being? I always thought that you have to be completely above time and you can't be affected by it at all. Or am I wrong?
The first thing I want to get started is with Lucifer being outside of Destiny. While it does seem that he was able to escape it at the end, Lucifer actually was never completely outside of Destiny. This is proven when he "burned" Destinys book, Destiny still basically knew that exactly that...

The whole thing about Gabriel only being able to hurt Lucifer by using a spear given to him by the Presence has to be headcanon at best. It's not even a spear in the picture, as someone who's read the entire Lucifer run from 2000, I've never read anywhere that Gabriel used a spear to harm Lucifer.
If for example this one character is tier 1-A, is he completely immune towards time? Meaning that when other people run out of time, he won't care because he's above the concept?
