    It means resurrect slower and someone just said All-Fiction was not passive which is a necro because their thoughts are impaired and they're dying constantly. It's also like GER not being able to negate everything infinitely although it is passive.

    He wins with a lot of ways I can tell and impairing their thoughts can decimate their ranks. The only way he will most likely lose is trying to physically damage him but that's kinda hard to trick him in doing because he has planet level passive telepathy.
