I don't think Katara would be able to do that simply because Juvia has much better control over Water than she has (can hit an object at much more force, change the temperature of her Water and control more Water if she needs to).
Gray (Tier 8-A at the time) actually had to work in order to...
Can Katara control this?
I guess in this case it's more control vs control rather than AP vs AP but my point still stands. Katara wouldn't be able to bend Juvia's Water attacks simply because she's not strong enough to do so. It's like me trying to deflect a car speeding directly towards me...
Katara: Wall+ to Building+ Attack Potency, Sub-Sonic+ (Pre-First TS Taurus outsped and deflected bullets easily. Taurus), Wall+ level Durability.
Pre-First TS Juvia: At least City Block AP, at least Supersonic+, at least Building level Durability (not including Water Body).
Juvia stomps. One...
They are already rated as MHS+ here.
Basically what I said in the rest of my post was that by having MUCH faster Reflexes, Reaction Speed, etc than humans, you experience time differently than them too. If you were as fast as Natsu for example (Hypersonic+ fast), you wouldn't experience time...
Tbh, I'm not sure if FT characters (and characters from many other shows too) experience time the same way we do (talk at the same speed we do for example) simply because their Reaction Time, Reflexes, however you want to call it, are a whole lot faster than ours.
It's the same thing with DBZ...
1) Magnolia Town is 1,638 meters long and 901 meters wide. Even if the average explosion from the Lacrimas is 5 meters high (should be about ~20m via pixel scaling but just to prove my point, I'll say it's only 5) and we apply Fragmentation, Thunder Palace's Attack Potency would still be Town...
1) But Hiro actually drew a few Lacrimas going off. And each explosion (or whatever you want to call it) is well above the nearby houses there. There's more evidence that suggests Thunder Palace could have destroyed the town than the assumption it couldn't.
2) Laxus underestimated FT. He...
But people only use the high end of the calc (because of ablation) so the low-end doesn't matter. And that calc also relies on real life Meteor Density so I doubt it's reliable. Is there any other calc that calculates Sema's Attack Potency via the explosion's volume? I doubt the end result would...
Current Laxus is 7-B. Pre-Second Timeskip Jellal being 7-B as well seems odd. Because Current Laxus's nuke was way bigger than Sema. Not to mention that by portrayal, Jellal wasn't above GMG Laxus. In fact, I'm sure Hiro portrayed the opposite. Jura wasn't as serious against Jellal as he was...
True. Thunder Palace can't be used in battle. But it proves Laxus is miles ahead of even Erza (in terms of MP at the very least). She fell to her knees summoning 200 simple swords while Laxus created 300 Lacrimas each one containing 2 types of Magic and kept on fighting Mystogan, easily...
Pre-Second Timeskip Laxus being "At least Low 7-B" is a more accurate Tier for him than just Low 7-B imo (if Pre-Second Timeskip Jellal is considered 7-B which I doubt tbh..). Erza, Gray and even Gajeel have shown nothing that suggests they are "7-B" and yet they are at that level only because...
1) I didn't say that. Cana did (and by extension, Hiro as well). Normal Lightning is dangerous to humans. But to Mages? Not really. I mean, there were plenty of cases where humans got hit by lightning, actually survived, and continued to live their lives normally.
The Lacrimas contained...
1) Thunder Palace had 300 Lacrimas each containing 2 types of Magic in them. One type is an enormous amount of Lightning Magic and the other is Organic Link Magic. Thunder Palace as a whole was a Town level spell (possibly even more when taking the panel where Hiro drew a couple Lacrimas going...
1) Lol. I forgot 7-B and 7-C are divided to 3 categories each so fair enough I guess.
2) Fair enough.
3) He did. You can see him panting and even shaking from the amount of Magic he used. And the less Magic one has, the more their stats go down (Offense, Durability, Speed etc..). Not to...
290 times? The difference between 7-B to 7-C is only x10. And Natsu didn't beat Jellal and Laxus on his own.
Against Jellal, he had Etherion. Without it, Natsu would have lost.
Against Laxus, Natsu had Gajeel (and there's also the fact Laxus wasn't at 100% because he wasted most of his Magic...
Pre-Second Timeskip Mirajane wasn't City level as well.
Current Laxus is City level (so far) and he's most probably far stronger than Current Mirajane who is stronger (if not a lot stronger) than her Pre-Second Timeskip self and Seilah (who aren't 7-B)..
More Magic means almost every stat (except intelligence, experience and maybe reaction speed) gets a boost. Natsu's Etherion DF, LFD and Second Origin are proof of that.
And the way I see it, Pre-SO Erza was only able to block and overpower Kagura because of her Flame Pants Armor which allows...
I'm not sure Lightning Strikes do this -> http://img4.mangasee.co/series/FairyTail/0447-016.png
Explosion: "A violent expansion in which energy is transmitted outward as a shock wave."
It was an explosion. Just made of Lightning.
