What even... how can you possibly say that the op is somehow the one not adapting to new arguments, if theirs weren't actually covered properly?
Surviving the blast's of ki is durability, not LS.
Frieza's feat is an energy blast.
DB characters are consistently shown being far weaker in...
I mean, it would be nice for that to have reasoning as well to be honest. I'm pretty sure "most" of its attacks are nowhere near that, and it's not like range doesn't need justifications.
Yeah. I'm pointing it out since even assuming two seconds halves the results.
I do think 3 to 5 seconds should be it for flamethrower, it doesn't last that long normally. (Then again, it doesn't melt mountains normally)
Has flamethrower ever lasted less than a good few seconds? I know it lasts for longer in games, and every instance of it in the anime that I recall also laster for at least 3 seconds I think? And, while it's superhazy, even that was the flamethrower being interrupted.
Orochimaru and such have it because they cause outright hallucinations in their enemies, causing them to feel the terror of being murdered. While it could be reasonably resisted by having a strong will, simply being stronger but being a whimp would not help.
Like, Gohan from the start of Dragon...
He never uses it, and he definitely can't insta-kill people with it.
Attacking somebody he made to fight for him would make them fight back, so his mind manipulation isn't as useful as one would think, he can't use agent of shadow, and agent of strife doesn't one-shot. And I don't think he ever...
Han Jee-Han for High 7-A and 7-A.
Besides his already present causality warping to enforce his powers and his spatial barriers, if bloodlust Ed he'd simply join the hive mind of the Church of Masks (giving him type 6 immortality, and an army of people with his powers).
Even without that, with...
I mean, yeah, Boros having three years and the express purpose of winning instead of having a fun fight, he just goes full power and knees Saitama out of orbit.
Feels extremely spite though, I don't think it should be added.
But the energy required to do this is not linear with the cooling done. And you know, refrigerators use a chemical reaction that's not really equitable to nearly anything else (making a liquid become gas in a manner that causes it to remove heat from its surroundings, this specifically needing...
Added it to the calcs section.
"7-Bs and 7-As also scale from the Tsar Bomba and four times its power respectively, per character statements of Bosmon punching as hard and Han becoming five times as strong. 500% stat amps push some of the 7-As into High 7-A."
And vote counted.
It's kind of said it simply does in pokedex entries. The anime doesn't show it, and obviously it can't fight super effectively without your commands in the games, so... it probably does.
It has the passive ability to mimic an enemy's passive ability (stuff like Pressure or Water Absorb), and then seeing all of its enemy's life from beginning to ending.
After that, no standard moves cuz its a Pokémon, but presumably whatever it foresaw to be the most effective - which it can't...
So, to argue for this.
I doubt Trace can mimic The Gamer, since it's superior causality manipulation that trumps other causality manipulation (and law manipulation).
Han bending causality and resisting information analysis can really break things for Alakazam's usual precog tactic as well...
For 2nd High 7-A, though... Alakazam isn't physically High 7-A? He might be against the rules anyways, with below average striking strength and Unknown durability bolstered by psychic defences.

For 2nd non-smurf High 7-A, throwing these two against each other should be fun.
Speed is equal (though it isn't that needed) and SBA otherwise.
Han Jee-Han: 2
Alakazam:
That is not remotely in-character. Naruto used the harem jutsu few enough times that it can be counted on a hand, and most are against the self-proclaimed pervert. Let alone using the reverse harem.
He is not going to use it against someone whose body he can't even see under the armor, who...
Naruto uses it very sparingly, and I don't think that would be what he thinks off against someone armored and armed like Issei.
And no, Issei specializes in fighting naked women, if the harem jutsu was used, he'd just be able to precog whatever Naruto intends to do through his boobs.
Well, I haven't read DxD up to the Arms part, but I'm pretty sure he normally blasts his enemies with energy? In which case TSB can be used as a shield to protect against that.
If Naruto uses his harem or sexy jutsu he absolutely gets the chance to strike him and probably win, but that's not...
The question is "why would the mechanic make us unable to judge the visible effects it has", yes? In which case this was gone into in-depth a lot of times.
Cooling is a domino effect, you do something, which causes the energy in a bunch of atoms/molecules to go MIA. The reason why this cannot...
The problem is that you can't assume the varies tier is lineary in how it varies. You could absolutely have a Bruce banner whose hulk who has feats for tier 9, 8, then 6 and 5 at different levels of anger. You can't know if there is a level of anger where he'd be 7-C, or B or A in there.
As I understand, Low 2-C would be based on the player being able to perform true resets.
Dimensional travel (for deltarune) is based on being able to interact and move from one save file to another in a set of three.
I think I can agree with the latter, but I'm a bit iffy on the former.
I mean, no, you cannot. If the freezing is simply erasing the heat from existence (an actually argued interpretation), then it is not applicable to AP for the same reason EE-ing a 7-A individual isn't 7-A AP for "erasing an individual with this amount of energy", and you cannot apply any...
I do wonder why it wasn't such when claiming "no, magically conjuring water isn't equal in AP to the amount of heat you'd generate if you were to take airborne water molecules and condense them."
How come that's not an unreasonable level of scrutiny? Could it be that assuming that simply powers...
So here's the problem with the false analogy. While a character punching has a set of side effects, we have observable proof of the amount of combat applicable energy their muscles create.
In the case of freezing, such a thing is absent. Even ignoring the fact that the energy lost to friction...
That's, ironically, also a terrible way to summerize the arguments. The problem is that what is being calculated isn't actual energy produced/released/controlled by a character.
