    It wouldn't be that big of a stretch to scale S-class heroes like Bang, Darkshine, flashy flash and some of the monster association executives to Child Emperor's feat since they are above characters that one shot baselines.

    I was looking though the profiles and noticed Kombu Infinity is still 7-B. I guess someone forgot to update the profile during that big revision a while ago. Just thought I should point it out.

    Yeah, you're right and I think the At least 7-C Likely High 7-C scaling from Metal Bat works for early Garou.

    The new key could represent Garou from the start of his hero hunt up to his fight with Tanktop Master or at least before he fought Metal Bat.

    His High 7-C key is his peak as a human while his at least High 7-C key is his half monster key. He dosen't have a key for the start of his hero hunt when he fought Tanktop Master and several A-Class heroes.
