    Speed equalization Question

    If speeds are equalized, are the attack speeds of attacks also equalized? Or do they remain the same speed? I know speed equalization removes any sort of possibility of a speed blitz. But does this logic extend to attack speed as well? Considering it isn't a character's speed they have themselves.
