I think the usual problem with 9-B matches has reared it's ugly head again. All Helltaker characters scale to The Helltaker's strength feat which is 755,748.4031999998 joules.
Meanwhile, I can't seem to find any calcs for Otoya or characters she scales to.
No, it'd be a bigger assumption to assume she'd do something else, really. Until Vanripper give us actual combat, it's the best we got, and it's not bad.
I mean, sure? From what little we get from the game, it's a more likely tactic then her trying to kiss you to death. Helltaker's not combat focused, so we don't have much to work off of.
Aren't the rooms are just specifically designed gem tech? Why would they scale in any way to the gems natural AP? I can't remember the episode you're talking about, but from what you described it sounds like the gems didn't survive so they wouldn't scale to that either.
Alright. If everyone's alright with it, I can get started. Most of this is easy, the only bit I'd have trouble with is explaining AE. Is it just because they are dreams, or is there something more?

So, that means Toga can do some serious damage if she gets in close, but she has to get past Wash's guns. It's been a few years since I've seen RVB, so I can't really remember how skilled Wash is, but I remember him being kinda shit, at least compared to other freelancers.
If I'm reading this calc correctly, then Wash seems to be about the middle of 8-C.
Toga's High 8-C, on the other hand, scales to Uraraka, who scales to Deku who links to a calc with a + rating.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that gives Toga a roughly 10x ap advantage.
Not entirely sure why you're using Large Building Toga against Wash, when she has a Building level rating. Wash seems to be on the low end of Building level.

Resistance to Disease and Perception Manip were both removed on the basis that there was no proof he functioned normally in the Abyss. These comics, posted after the thread was abandoned made show he does in fact function normally, after an unknown length of time...
