    Like. Either I disagree and am the one against many, or agree and am the one amongst many. Either way, it's a smidgeon late- though it is kind of you to at least offer a final opportunity, I suppose.

    To speak on my actual thoughts: I said awhile back that I think Chaos Manipulation should just be deleted, it not serving a huge point, and as such I'm ambivalent to changes made to it, I think.

    Finally decided to give BG3 a chance. I think the issue is that my boomer brain is trying to compare it to the last two games, when it's clearly trying to be different. I was never part of a tabletop session in my life, but from what I'm seeing BG3 wants to play out as a proper D&D campaign, instead of a standalone story that just so happens to be set in the D&D universe like the first two games. Really ought to try suspending my disbelief better.

    I think there is a significant difference in how poorly you act compared to how poorly Tdjwo acts, and your actions appear less motivated by personal bias. Thus, I was slow to accept punishment (however small) for both of you. As Agnaa suggested a smaller ban for you, I think that aligns with my views on the subject.

    From what I remember before I've had a debate with SCP scalers which they tell me that the SCP is Hypercanon because it's different it works under a Creative Commons license and is the opposite of fanfiction.

    but I tell them SCP is still fanfiction and collaborative fiction by many different authors, which means that there is no central canon established by its writers that everyone must follow. which means that it's not considered hypercanon

    I asked this question here whether the SCP is a hypercanon or not. if you are familiar with the SCP

    Hypercanon is a meaningless phrase.

    It isn't fanfiction as a whole, collaborative fiction sort of fills a border realm in terms of being purely original and purely derivative.

    It's probably like, King's Field or something, but of the ones I've played (Dark Souls, Dark Souls 2, Dark Souls 3, Bloodborne, Sekiro, Elden Ring) it's probably Bloodborne. There's like. Variable points of difficulty in each one. Manus from DS1 is a lot harder than most of what comes after. But for general difficulty, I'd say Bloodborne.

    I always hesitate in adding these sorts of things. If you think about it, it really is very dicey stuff. Adding justification without vetting can serve to substantially reduce the reliability of our pages- for example, if there's a thread aiming to add Information Manipulation on a technicality based on one (1) scan that people consider to be very far fetched, but it ultimately gets through, it shouldn't be the case that progressively less and less reliable sources of "evidence" are added on!

    Now then. I say all of that to paint why it is always not preferred to tamper with profiles in this manner. In your specific case, they seem fine. The latter one is more like Time Manip that results in killing off people because they aren't acausal, but idrc about adding it. You shouldn't get in trouble for it- the only situation where one may get in trouble is if a particularly astute edit patroller notices that what you've inserted into the profile is obviously stupid and silly, and then it becomes a cascading issue.
