Here is my Prototype For the Justifications of Time Stop Resistance
It is applicable to grant characters resistance to Time Stop if they are Capable of moving through stopped time, erased time or timeless areas/voids
Prime Example: Sonic
Here's a piece of how his resistance to Time Stop Works:
Can traverse the Special Stages of the Time Stones, which alter and remove time from their stages
Can move within White Space, an area where Time doesn't exist
Baseline Resistance Layer
As we know the Time Patrol and Demon Gods can casually move and act easily and freely in timeless voids/areas, so this alone would give most if not all DBH characters Baseline Time Stop Resistance
4D Resistance Layer
Both Mira and Towa were capable of Breaking out of Early DBH Chronoa's Time Stop which operates on a 4D level (4D Level because she is capable of using her time stop in areas time doesn't flow or areas time doesn't exist)
Above 4D Resistance Layer
Mira has got an added layer on top of that by Absorbing Toki Toki's Eggs which Contains Time for an Entire Timeline and granting him equivalent oost in both his powers over time and his resistance to Time Manipulation and Time Stop
Massively/Infinitely Above 4D Resistance Layer
Demigra has another layer on top of that layer by Absorbing Toki Toki himself (who creates, commands and controls every aspect of time itself across entire Histories in all of their entirety granting Demigra equivalent resistance boost to Time Manipulation and Time Stop on that level). Chronoa would also be on that level because in her TPU state, She has complete control over all aspects of time itself in it's entirety and is resistant to its effects
Chronoa's Time Stop Bypassing
Chronoa Late DBH was capable of Time stopping Demigra with ease, essentially amd effectively bypassing all his layers of resistances.
Outright Immune Layer
Just by simply wielding it, The Keysword gave trunks complete protection from Chronoa's Multi Layered Resistance Bypassing Time stop to which she herself stated her time stop would not work
Keep in mind, this is a prototype
So far what do you think about it and what alterations do you have in mind if any
