Tbf, that was Shuron Hakke Kaido (in his sad drunk phase), and that Kaifu did only minor damage to Luffy (though it did push him back).
Regardless, it's clear that the Kaifu (and thus Killer and rooftop Buso Zoro) have AP that is "yonko" level, and shouldn't be limited to only scaling far above Kiku.

Shurron Hakke has only been stated to boost haki + luffy only noted that it was getting stronger during their clash as Kaidou was entering his "drunken rage" mode.

True, but it still only did minor damage to base round 2 Luffy even if it pushed him back (though tbf Kaido wasn't focusing on Luffy due to his sadness making him aimlessly shoot Kaifu's everywhere).
But yeah, you do make good points.
Basically, Killer's AP should be "Yonko" level, not just vastly above Scabbard level.
However, this does have the drawback of meaning that Base Rooftop Zoro is not longer comparable to a Killer who has Punishers,.
At least Rooftop Zoro's Buso Haki is still Yonko level.

Gonna be real with you, not sure what the justification you're using for "Scabbard level" & "Yonko level" is.
Regardless of how you define Killer's scaling he still was unable to pierce Base Kaidou's flesh with slashing damage.

We currently scale Killer to only be far above Scabbards AP-wise due to him deflecting Kaifu that one-shot Kiku.
But as I've just shown, the Kaifu have feats that are much better than just one-shotting Kiku.
And Kaido's durability is definitely a good amount above his AP.
He fought BM using Napoleon for 3 days and had minor injuries.
And by "Yonko" level, I only mean the same value of AP, which includes the likes of Yamato, Marco, and King.

Didn't notice he did that, Eseseso I know I've already told you multiple times before you can't add changes to the profiles' statistics without getting it accepted in a CRT first and it seems you've been warned by staff as well looking at your page. If you want these additions added you need to make a CRT for it.

@Fireld I realized that the Kaifus shouldn't just scale to being above the Scabbards (the majority of whom are still indeed measly) when they have multiple feats far above that. I just haven't added the justifications for the Kaifu's I noted above to Killer and Rooftop Buso Zoro's profiles since stating that they scale to the Kaifu's that damaged Gear 5 would make Kingtempest and other staff...pretty unhappy to say the least. So I won't be adding that and I'll only mention it to them in a CRT if scaling relating them ever comes up.
Also, the rule about needing a CRT is only for " sweeping or significant changes", according to the editing rules page, and I only edit supporting justifications and do not touch the characters' tiers whatsoever, so I don't think my changes qualify as significant/sweeping whatsoever.
And when I mentioned a supporting justification I added a while back to Kingtempest, he didn't seem to mind.
He only seems to mind when the justifications are incorrect, and whenever he and/or other mods (Damage, Mitch, etc) disagree with them, I remove them.
