If you're looking to make matches, I could break those down further into tiers, hax levels, gimmicks, etc.

9-B: Dark Deception+Wally's Wonderland. Mostly Baseline AP-based fighting with very little hax thrown in, not City of Heroes cause I have to revise it cause I missed shit. Also
9-A: Overwatch and TF2. shooty guns go shoot.
8-C: Normally Starcraft but it's being revised. So 40K which is skillstomp city.
High 8-C: 40K again, what I said before applied here.
8-A: Warhammer Fantasy. tons of skill at this tier and resisting 95% of the hax on the wiki conceptually
Low 7-C: Overlord. Melee and Death Hax from what I can use, not too skilled however.
7-C: RotMG. Dodge god city cause the protags are the only ones with files at this tier.
High 7-C: Metal Gear Rising. Skill and Nanomachines.
7-B: Realm of the Mad God: Dodge God protags and, obviously, Danmaku from what I can use. VE is practically unusable.
6-C: Fate and Balthasar Gelt. The former has the obvious of needs supernatural to fight and assorted other things. I should be able to make easy matches with it. the ladder is a spell caster who has like, everything conceptual including transmutation into gold and resists like 95% of the hax on the wiki. conceptually.
High 6-C: Warhammer Fantasy. as before applies.
Low 6-B/6-B: DK characters. No hax brawlers for the most part. nuff said.
High 6-A: Starcraft characters. they scale to 190 Petatons and don't have a ton of IC hax. Not skillstomping anyone usually either.
5-B: Warhammer Fantasy again, as before applies for what I'd use. Unless you've got a character with broken Age hax resistance with multiple layers then I'd use Settra.
3-C: Count Bleck and Dimentio. Void hax and Mind Hax respectively.
2-B: same two again but Bleck is much, MUCH harder to deal with and Dimentio doesn't mindhax in-character much anymore.
Low 1-C: Warhammer Fantasy again except they aren't manageable anymore.

Aight so stuff that probably matches up with those tiers...
- 9-B low-hax: Versus Umbra (has a lot of abilities that tip the scales in their favor, but never an instawin or unkillable wall), Yozuru Kagenui (can hax supernatural beings, is 9-A vs immortals), Karen Araragi (literally just punches), some of Katanagatari.
- 9-A low-hax: Sophia (The Champion), Indus Tarbella, most of the rest of Monogatari (some of them have potent hax, but it's limited to supernatural beings).
- 7-C low-hax: Kokken Sabi and the first few Idling to Rule the Gods gods/monsters.
- 7-B low-hax: The next few Idling to Rule the Gods gods/monsters.
- High 6-C skill: Kokken Sabi's got a decent bit of skill.
- 6-B low-hax: Shinobu Oshino if you've got someone with Absorption resistance and isn't a supernatural being (or is a supernatural being with death hax resistance).
- 5-B: Shinobu will probably get out-skilled. If Warhammer Fantasy gets haxxy (i.e. can take down AE and type 5 immortality), Beomus may work.

I can work with that, though Kokken needs to be pretty ridiclous cause soloing armies without even getting a speck of dirt on the character and soloing armies so vast and thick it's described as an ocean are low-tier skill feats in Fantasy

Only skill feat Kokken's missing is; only one person has ever landed a hit on her or blocked her attacks, despite her working as an assassin, participating in tournaments, and sparring with her family.
So if that's low-tier in Fantasy then she'd probably just get rekt.

youch... well as it turns out when your basically stripped down to melee and basic ranged attacks like arrows and the like characters are hard to find matches for...
You know I'll probably throw Sophia at Saxton Hale just to see what goes on, depending on how she scales in 9-A... or if she's close to 9-A+ Doomfist is an excellect guy albeit quite skilled.
