    Are we able to count Dark's reply as a vote to close it? He also said he doesn't know why he needs to comment on the thread either. Another calc thread concluded and closed without him commenting on the thread itself since he voted on the calc itself.

    There isn’t a solid rule for this. However, to be certain whether a CRT has passed, for a minor CRT, you should get at least a 2 vote margin, and for a major CRT, a minimum difference of 3 votes should be sufficient. Then again, it all depends on crt too. Maybe you should ask some Admin's regarding this. Above was my personal preference.
