Ark: Survival Evolved - King Titan Page Revision + God Tier Downgrades

Should be pretty simple and straightforward, the King Titan page should be updated to add High 6-A Environmental Destruction, High Hypersonic attack speed, better justifications, a ton of scans, a few new powers, and a new key.

Sandbox of proposed changes here. Here is the current King Titan page for reference. Every character who currently scales to the King Titan will be downgraded from 7-A to Low 7-B, possibly 7-A. The current 7-A rating comes from the Overseer creating large city-wide earthquakes but due to the currently vague method of how said earthquakes were caused and if it can be scaled to AP, the 7-A rating will become a "possibly" for the time being.

Why is the AP downgraded from Mountain Level to Small City Level in the Sandbox? Nothing in the OP suggests a downgrade so what gives? Aside from that it looks a lot more clean and up to date.

Sorry, should've clarified that in the OP but I believe Mountain level comes from this on the Overseer profile: "Control and manipulate entire Arks to however they deem necessary, singular Obelisks are capable of creating earthquakes that could engulf entire cities, of which there are 3 on an Ark, can create storms that cover entire Arks", however standard storm creation is only Small City level, manipulating Arks isn't really AP, and the earthquakes are uncalced. I couldn't find any other justification so I decided to nuke the Mountain level rating for the time being.

Edit: There's the Mega Mek slicing through mountains thing but that's uncalced and isn't necessarily Mountain level anyway
 
There is actually a note somewhere in ARK that mentions an entire country got obliterated by some weapon humanity created before the ARKs were made and the Mega Mek is stated to be the greatest weapon ever made so it's possible you can get them up to Tier 6, though it depends on what country it was that the note mentioned.

Tbf that doesn't necessarily indicate the entire country was instantly destroyed. Severe damage to its infrastructure or population could be considered obliteration, which doesn't require a Tier 6 nuke.

I'll have to find the note and check the phrasing because I remember it being pretty explicit about how powerful the weapon was and yet humanity couldn't defeat the Titans with it.
 
Ark is at its top 7-A rn because the obelisks could cause earthquakes of at least magnitude 9, since they could sink cities, and the standard value was used.

If it can actually be used for standard ap would be dependant on how the obelisks made the earthquakes.

Then get someone else to go calc this with VSB standards because all the Titans and the Mega Mek upscales this event and its a major lore point in ARK so this is absolutely necessary for ARK scaling.

Was it stated the cities were completely destroyed? Obliteration can just mean causing great damage. A Tier 8 bomb that renders an entire town inhospitable and causes a lot of damage can be considered to have obliterated the town but it doesn't necessarily indicate the bomb is Tier 7.

They are like GONE gone. The entire coastline of the country was destroyed and they only needed three shots to do it. There's not a single nuclear weapon IRL that can replicate that.

Actually I just re-read the thing to make sure I remembered it properly and its actually even more powerful than what I described. It wasn't the coastal cities, it was EVERY SINGLE CITY IN THE COUNTRY destroyed with only three shots.
