Hmmm.. Hulk should take this. I can't really find a calc for Ark's 7-A (considering the fact that they're maxxed out at Low 7-B) so I'll just assume that he's baseline mountain level. That's not so good off the rip. 3.45x ap gap means that Hulks hits are going to HURT.
Secondly... LS advantage. Hulk has a roughly 30x LS advantage with his 30,000+ metric tons compared to Titan's 1 million kilograms. This allow for hulk for beat his ass with bro's own arms.
Third: Rage amp. Self explanatory.
Fourth: Superior Regen
Fifth: Far superior experience and Battle IQ.

Overall, I do believe that Hulk should win this to be absolutely fair. Sure, that size and various amounts of hax might be a brief problem to Hulk, but then again, big enemies are nothing new to hulk and I'm highly sure he fought against some hax that Titan has.
