He can do that. That's not why he can live without a heart. It's because he's an incarnation (as stated in the chapter where he rips Yuji's heart out). Also I never argued Yuta could do this, I was just stating a bit of trivia because someone else brought it up.
Full Rika is >= Yuta in durability and they both eat Ryu's strikes and Granité Blasts multiple times. It can't one-shot either of them, it just hits hard because Ryu has the best AP out of all Culling Game Players. The page where Rika is rendered incapable of fighting says "a blow that was difficult to handle even while fully manifested" as it hits a partially-manifested Rika (since the 5 minute timer ran out an instant prior).
SP punching 1000 times ≠ an AP 1000 times greater than a single punch from SP. SP cannot conventionally harm Yuta or even partially-manifested Rika.

I have explained fairly thoroughly why Ryu cannot one-shot Yuta or Fully-Manifested Rika, not that it matters since Star Platinum is not in any way comparable to Ryu.
