"Seidr and Starlight"- Freya (God of War) vs Aqua (Kingdom Hearts)

The weakness of requiring to affect the soul to begin with, meaning that if that's resisted then the luck stuff isn't inflicted either, as much someone isn't poisoned by some food if they don't eat the food to begin with.

Again, refer to the metaphysical aspects standards for equalization, different labels for similar things to potentially equalize are expected by the standards even.
Can you not hide behind that page and address the multiple real differences I pointed out? Souls are also chaos due to being magic, and Hearts aren't that. Souls are also life force and Hearts aren't that going by the page.

And setting all that aside, what limitation is there that Aqua can use to get around? Even baseline mortals like the Raiders can specifically target the Fylgia aspect of the soul.

Hearts are type 1 concepts and type 2 info, while the soul in KH isn't, the nature as a type 1 concept and type 2 info also ties better similarity-wise with GoW souls.

All of that said, I'm unsure why there's so much of a focus on the luck hax when it's not even that good from what I'm hearing off-site, at best it'd only prevent extraordinarily positive things from happening, not making it fated for the one inflicted to lose or so.

I don't think anyone here is saying that Aqua gets borderline fate haxxed, just that the odds shift against her notably, on top of everything else Freya can do.

Also, if she doesn't resist Transmutation, then doesn't that also give Freya a decisive option?

May I ask what's the everything else? Just checking that nothing's of note being missed.

Depends on how it's inflicted.

Freya's other abilities that she has that Aqua doesn't resist, on top of her being a far more experienced fighter due to being the Queen of the Valkyries. Either way I'm not seeing how Aqua's coming out of this alive.
