they usually mean top 3 without modulo

i personally have mahoraga as top 3, if he does not count then kenjaku, i fail to see yuta or kashimo beating him
 
its obviously very close, but i think kenjaku takes it high diff
if yuta can land a ladder on him then its wraps but thats unlikely

yuta performed basketball domain so its not quite an instant

as for kashimo... yeah HWB might not thug it out

That really depends on whether his domain can even encompass his opponents, it needs to be bigger than their opponents to surround it and break it from the outside, its not an insta win, we don't know how big Kenjaku's domain is (other than that its most likely below 200m)

Even then we don't really know enough about Open vs Closed Domain combat to really say that it's a guaranteed win if something like "Yuta's domain isn't entirely inside Kenjakus domain range" happens, or if Yuta just expands his domain range a bit further than Kenny's, etc.

He can definitely change his barrier conditions like Gojo and Sukuna. He is literally stated to be second best barrier user next to Tengen. So

No it wouldn't we literally see Kenny not getting affected by CT Burnout which is basically what JL does nullifying the CT. So Kenny's CT doesn't gets affected. He also can use DA and not turn off his CT. There is some backup he has for that we literally see Yuta getting dropped after the domain battle against Sukuna because of CT Burnout. So definitely JL ain't putting an end to him.

Except that JL can also nullify barriers, which are the things that stop his CT from burning out
