So I am back again with new wank for DB games so here it is
TLDR;
Demigra destroys the multiverse, and thanks to the protection of Toki Toki, FW survives and awakens within a void. Using a Time Scroll given by Toki Toki, he time travels back to the iteration of time before the multiverse’s destruction in order to stop Demigra, implying the existence of a third temporal axis/second hypertimeline/central axis for the cosmology of the Dragon Ball games that spans the multiverse itself.
This would upgrade the cosmology to Complex Multiversal (7D)

So this are the character who would scale to the 7d rating
Time Birds: Tokitoki was the one responsible for creating the Time Scroll that allowed the Future Warrior to traverse the central axis back in time. For context, a Time Scroll is a physical manifestation of Time Power that allows for the complete control of the recorded timeline in the scroll. This along with the fact that Tokitoki is literally time itself and is responsible for the existence of all time & dimensions, with Demigra controlling all of time and space after absorbing Tokitoki, all of which proves that Tokitoki is time itself and he hold control over all of time which would include third temporal dimension and make him scale to this central axis. Dogidogi would also scale due to being Tokitoki's twin and relative in power to him.
Time Gods: Time Gods/Supreme Kais of Time have complete control over all of space-time and history,they are said to hold dominion over all of existence and rule all of time and multiverse with their Time Power. They can also freely manipulate the Time Scrolls and should scale to their power.
Time Power Unleashed Mechikabura: Thanks to his Chaos Ball, Mechikabura successfully managed to consume all of time & everything into himself. The damage caused by Mechikabura was so intense that Tokitoki even had to utilize the power of his True Form to restore everything back the way it was and save all dimensions, meaning no time travel shenanigans were possible like it was in Xenoverse. This further supports the scaling to 7-D
Time Power Unleashed Demigra: As a last resort against the main cast, Time Power Unleashed Demigra opted for a full cosmology-nuke with his Chaotic Gigantes attack everything, erasing everything across all of space-time. This would also further support 7-D scalnig due to massively upscaling from characters capable of affecting it
Anyone who can affect the Crack of Time: The Crack of Time exists completely outside of space-time, and like the central axis, it was unaffected by XV Demigra successfully erasing the multiverse, further supporting it being outside the multiverse.
