Pretty sure this is a stomp.

Bakugo cannot hurt Katakuri through his Elemental Intangibility. And Katakuri's Observation Haki shows him the future, so he'll know when to transform his body.

He has resistance to heat as well. Bakugo's explosions cannot overwhelm the High-Mid regeneration of his Mochi self either.

Meaning the only outcome here is Bakugo losing, as he can't even use his blitz speed increase due to literal future vision.

Katakuri's stamina is also far superior as well. Even assuming the best for Bakugo, he'll tire out and will get put down.
 
Oh ye katakuri does still have elemental intangibility of a logia along with all those other points you made. I really need to think these battles out more.
 
Katakuri is 5 meters tall, he stretches out his leg and steps on Bakugo, crushing him with his Class T strength.
