I don't think Dimentio have any though-based stuff and Rohan will start with his though-based transmutation. While Dimentio should have resistance to transmutation but it is sadly isn't in Luigi's profile, so voting Rohan
 
How is it possible for a Unknown Tiered Character to fight a Multiversal Being? Shouldn’t they have a enormous AP difference?
 
Dimentio isn't omnipresent, neither does he have large size. Rohan should be able to affect him just fine. He has size manip, but unless he becomes the size of a building or smth right at the start of the battle, Rohan should be able to beat him.
 
I didn’t say that Dimentio was Omnipresent, what i was implying is that Dimentio can literally affect Rohan from a other universe due to his range he doesn’t even have to fight up close. In case I forgot to say if Dimentio has all of Luigi’s abilities & Optional Equipments then he should also have shapeshifting, which allows him to shapeshift himself back in a different form if Dimentio gets transmuted.

Also, i don’t see Size Manipulation for Rohan anywhere on his profile.

Match distance is SBA from 10m to 4km, usually the former. Also not in character exist
 
Why wouldn’t Dimentio shape-shift himself back after being transmuted by Rohan? In-character doesn’t really have anything to do with what i said, it’s common sense for a character who has shapeshifting to shapeshift him/herself back after being transmuted.
 
Dimentio takes this, he might get transmuted by Rohan but after that he shapeshits himself back, and erases Rohan from Existence, or BFR’s him.
 
Well, Dimentio has all of Luigi’s abilities and optional equipment, so he should be able to do that pretty easily, also I’m pretty sure that most characters have abilities on the wiki that they have never shown feats of using and those are combat applicable why wouldn’t this be?

Shapeshifting≠shapeshifting after transmutation unless he has a feat of shapeshifting after being transmuated he can't
 
That’s really doesn’t make much sense, if you can shapeshift regularly and shapeshift yourself back why wouldn’t you be able to shapeshift yourself back when someone else transmutes you? (It has to be transmuted or shapeshifted its something that lets you shapeshift back tho) It’s not like he nullifies your powers or something.

For Rohan's transmutation yes he can turn people into books and once they are turned into books they can't do anything unless he has a feat of shapeshifting from something similar I don't think he can counter Rohan's transmutation

4KM is the maximum, Dimentio has Multiversal range so it starts at 4KM, those are the default rules.

If you lower it to where Rohan can instantly Heaven's Door then it's arguably just spite, because as it stands, Dimentio is the winner, changing the match so that Rohan wins would be pretty suspicious.

Also, pretty sure we know Heaven Door's range, it's several meters like all close range stands, he's just able to manipulate the people he already wrote in at a much farther range than that.

No. Heaven's Door isn't close-range stand type, in range section there is already proof of it working far away than classic 2-3m
 
Love how people are FRAing even though Rohan clearly loses, his range is unknown whereas Dimentio has Multiversal range and they start 4KM apart.

Rohan dies before he can cross 1/10th that distance.

As I said, Rohan dies before he can cross 1/10th the distance between him and Dimentio.
 
This is a mismatch

Out of range, Rohan gets vaporized by Dimentio doing literally anything he wants
Inside of range, Dimentio gets incapped by thought-based transmutation before he can do anything

It's also a necro and OP wants it to be closed, so, yeah this should be closed.
