    I think the safest option is to index it simply as "Maximum Human" in LS. If you're unsure whether it's a speed boost, you can simply add Stealth Mastery under the "Invisible Maneuvers" premise, since it's an attack based on the enemy's visibility.

    It requires proof that they were doing it, but usually characters who suffer from ragdoll are always taken by surprise or simply do not demonstrate exerting force.

    I just have one question. Obviously, Mira is a much more skilled hand-to-hand combatant, but how is she dealing with a hidden sniper? Besides having to deal with a gun user, she also has to deal with their stealth, and as far as I know, her enhanced senses only allow her to sense Borrowed Powers.

    Won't Steve's fire take too long to affect Bob? I understand the suit is designed to withstand 1000 degrees, so the temperature difference isn't too great to affect Bob immediately. Isn't it even possible to calculate how long it would take to affect him? Besides, with LS's massive advantage...

    Dorothy should be able to resist Mira's fear induction and avoid being disarmed thanks to her LS advantage, but Mira still has the skill advantage and a slight AP advantage. Dorothy can cause Mira quite a few problems due to her range and accuracy.
