Valvatorez likely wouldn't solo just because he'd promise to fight fair and would refuse to break that promise.
But if he just woke up one morning and decided, "**** these three planets in particular" then there's nothing the HST can do to really stop him.
He's above the clouds so no, he's not at the base for that feat. I will agree it does look like he jumped a few miles depending on how much of Targon sticks out above the clouds.
Izzat the feat which neglected to mention the temple he was jumping to was over halfway up the mountain? Which by necessity halved the result to supersonic?
Seems like the new champion's going to be about drawing on the map to choose her abilities.
She'll have 3 sets- based on where she chooses to draw power from on the map.
I don't think Garen's ever used his ultimate in-lore. Unless the comics had him use it (haven't yet bought the Lux and Garen ones) it's game-only barring A Twist of Fate.
That's kinda silly. Why not just have Willpower as its own page? There is literally zero manipulation in the feat. I'd be more inclined to call it some manner of Immortality even before calling it Manipulation.
Frankly that's the expected pattern.
Release strong, overnerf, then adjust back to normal.
or
Release weak, overbuff, then adjust back to normal.
In particular with a champion you can't damage for a good chunk of the game- weaker was definitely the better start.
