Both Dormammu's and Umar's powers increased to such an extent that what once seemed impossible for them, they are now are able to accomplish. Now, Dormammu added his sister's power to his own. Seems like an "astronomical boost" to me.
Dormammu and Umar were amped by the shift in Cosmic Axis. That's why they were able to defeat Multi-Eternity. Dormammu by himself was always inferior to Eternity, let alone Multi-Eternity.
