Anyways Kaito's SI is very Crazy to the point where he has charmed eldritch beings (belze karune) before or literal abstract concepts (Epilogue or any World Creator) as well as Countless World Creators who admits they love him just for him being him. There is tons of examples of Kaito straight up rizzing inhuman beings (Belze Karune who was said to the embodiment if gluttony and killed many) or those with sadistic mindsets (Pandora) or being cartoonish evil (Chaos Messiah). Heck it even works on first sight such as with illness before or works on beings outside all of reality such as the epilogue.

He has accomplished impossible scenarios such as fixing Isis and Kuro's doomed Fate that not even Alice who can calculate infinite possible futures (scaling from Fate) could figure out and gave up on it. In laymans terms, he has fixed the fate of doomed heroines that a Extraordinary Genius capable of seeing infinite possible futures and even impossible ones couldn't figure out how to resolve (In less then a year mind you).
Kaito being immortal with immense willpower (He has the Highest willpower in the series which should scale higher then Alice who is the embodiment of Hope) means that MM3 will not work on him since he already dealt with a similar case such as Isis Remnant

There is also little epilogue to consider as I don't believ Yog's Acasuality will help him too much against plot hax against a Nuke that self activates on a dim

Also supposedly someone will fall in love with him even if he isn't there in the first place or the character in question has never appeared instory before

Can the nuke affect type 5 Acausality the verse has type 4 but thats not the same.

Similarly it can affect Nonexistent Physiology nature type 1, but Yog has Nonexistent Physiology nature type 2 for all aspects which is considered hard to affect and this is before getting into Paraconsistent Physiology type 2.

That makes me believe that Little Epilogue won't work on Yog.

That leaves social influencing and that's where things get complicated our rules for omniscient beings doesn't give them knowledge of other verses. Yog is presumably smart outside of being all knowing as turns out a bunch of smart people are all just aspects of it including at least one member of the Great Race of Yith so that's super genius supposed at least. Before saying that is going to be the level he is working at we have to consider why he is all knowing. To my understanding it seems to be partially because Yog is also all of space-time and more so given their omnipresence Yog should still know everything Kaito will do at least in the present or future.

That might make Yog more vulnerable to Kaito's charm, but honestly I don't know if Yog liking him would actually be a boon. Yog liked Randolph Carter and he seems to have been stuck taking turns controlling an alien body with a creature not fond of him. This was the result of a wish that wasn't the greatest idea admittedly but Yog's idea of affection and kindness still seems more alien than anyone Kaito befriended before.

His NEP Type 2 doesn't cover Plot hax in of itself which is what needs to be proven in this case. I don't think PP Type 2 means much by itself

Kaito has effected beings with more alien mindset such as Belze Karune who is obsessed with the process of Devouring everything in existence and had a more animalistic mindset droven by hunger and whatnot. Kaito's SI also covers charming more abstract beings such as the Epilogue which has fundamentally ended countless worlds before as well nigh infinite number of World Creators who each have different personalities and variations.

Ofcourse if the being is more sadistic in question then their affection would be sadism no ? Well... that too is covered by Pandora who is Sadistic in nature having her traits being more "turned off" only in his presence like it "magically" gets flipped over (More so its people behaving more differently when it comes to him)

I don't think saying Yog has a fundamentally alien mindset would do much because at that point the question would be in what ways it is different.
