ngl, these guys are overpowered.

there's multiple layers of law manipulation in the ending chapters, and Sung Jinwoo's shadow aura just completely erases all of that passively...

as for the scaling, rn it looks like it should be about 2-B for most of the high-tier characters. You can maybe argue that Itarim and Jinwoo are 2-A to Low 1-C though.

there is a lot to index tbh.

Jinwoo power ( gods power) puts a law (natural order) on the entire cycle of reincarnation so apostles< monarchs< white abyss< natural order might be able to argue 4 layers
