Is this knocking over or destroying trees?

Question regarding this calculation

The statement will be posted below in text, as the original image is accessible in the calculation. Other details are in the calc.

"when I turned back, there was this empty...space, where the trees had been. Something had moved while my back was turned."

Regardless, here is the question. Is this knocking over or destroying trees? It's stated as the trees being destroyed in the image file name and the profile states he smashed through them, but I just want to make sure. And if it is destroying trees, would it be fragmentation, violent fragmentation, or pulverization?

I already stated my opinion in the comments of the original calculation, so I won't repeat them here.
I think that if the trees were somehow uprooted, it would probably be mentioned or implied somehow. I think the deliberate choice to say "an empty space" implies that they literally just creepily disappeared rather than "holy shit the trees were all yanked out with an insane, monstrous force".

Creepily disappearing could mean both destroyed or thrown aside, since it only took a few seconds. Also, I think that having the trees completely destroyed would be more likely mentioned than some trees just being thrown aside/uprooted, since that's a much more fantastic and unrealistic feat than something an elephant can do.

I think he may be right that it isnt knocking over or throwing. In this more recent post it outwardly states trees were falling but Siren Head didnt throw them, so its not consistent with how he describes falling/fallen trees

If Trevor wanted to imply they simply fell he would have.

The two posts are separated by like, 6 years. Trevor's style of story-telling has greatly changed over the years, with his older posts mainly being a mysterious sentence without much context. Also, it wouldn't really make sense for Siren Head to destroy the trees in-universe, as this would make much more noise and would require much more time than just pushing them over to get them out of the way.

Ok the first part makes sense, different styles and all. But I would argue it also doesnt make as much sense as uprooting and throwing aside a few trees at a time. He has more than enough space to walk through given how thin he is.

Im more inclined to believe he walked and smashed through the trees maybe, not nescessarily just tossed them aside to be found later, which would have been discovered easily. The fence is literally right up against 2 or 3 of the trees, abd the way Siren Head is positioned the fence would be damaged if he uprooted them [Given the spread of roots underground and how trees are uprooted]. Wouldnt the damaged fence also be mentioned if that was the case?

I'd argue fragmenting 10 trees makes less sense than just knocking them aside to see better. Destroying them is something that would make much, much more noise and that wouldn't make sense for a stealth predator like Siren Head. Furthermore, if he were to try to walk through trees, how would he destroy them all at once? He's thin and even if he extended his arms, that wouldn't be enough to completely fragment all them. Maybe one or two at most. Also, that seems like a very sturdy fence, maybe even a normal wall, so I'm not sure uprooting the trees would be enough to cause visible damage to it, and even then, fragmenting a tree would cause the same issues and maybe even more, as tree fragments could damage the fence or make noise.

Ok yeah the amount is probably way off, ill change it, but I will state that regardless of its a wall or not, uprooting it will cause serious damage or even destroy a portion of it. Even moreso with a solid wall as a wooden fence atleast has more of an ability to flex.

And with the gap left, the guy shouldve seen the trees if they were fallen.

And walking through the trees wouldnt nessecarily damage the wall. There could very well still be a splintered stump left as it wouldnt get uprooted, leaving the wall undamaged

But I will definetely change the amount

Destroying them is something that would make much, much more noise and that wouldn't make sense for a stealth predator like Siren Head.

He literally screams radio and tornado siren noises throughout entire towns. I dont think he cares all that much about how much noise he makes. Stealth Predator could also mean he camoflouges and thats exactly what he does.

Destroying a tree would also cause similar damage because of the same reasons.

The fence isn't destroyed, so he wouldn't see them. Also, if there was a gap, the guy would've seen the destroyed tree bits.

Your calculation is based on the entire tree being fragmented. Also, how would Siren Head damage the entire tree while leaving the roots completely intact?

Those two are different parts of the strategy. Screaming radio and tornado sirens is to both lure people out of their houses and to get them confused. There's no reason for him to make noise while stalking people.
