"Hey, don't you think that those manuscripts in the Cave of Eerie Murmurs seemed to be related to a story we've heard before?"

"Yeah, the legend that Nilou told us. The Goddess of Fate who used ink to compose her stories."

"D-did you know something about all of this?"

"Well, it's a long and complicated... Well, Actually, It's not that long or complicated story."

You tell Princess Cimest and Faurobert about the story of the Goddess of Fate

"So basically, everything we've been through.. is a story written by the Goddess of Fate."

"Alright, now we've really become a characters in a story. But seeing as that Goddess wrote us in, why didn't she give us an ending?"

"First those poor souls in the cave, and now us. sigh We've all been through so much."

"So that mean it was also the Goddess of Fate who came up with that line: "Stories follow rules, unfolding in cyclical patterns, but each should follow its own course."

Goddess of Fate huh
This probably just fate manip, this can also give more abilities
I mean, let's not like because her title is a Goddess of Fate therefore it's Fate Manipulation.

Fate Manipulation could be Plot Manipulation, no?
Note that this ability should not be listed just because a power is compared to a trope or otherwise metafiction is used in the story. For instance, a character that is lucky or fated to win (eg. a character recognized to be the protagonist) would only get this power if their luck or destiny is actively described as altering the plot. Otherwise it would simply be Supernatural Luck or Fate Manipulation.

Okay, to give more context, everything inside of this world is a story written by her. Everyone inside of that world is a characters in her story. Each of them have their own roles; such as King, Queen, Fairy, and etc, and each of their story have already been written since the beginning to end.

Probably Fate Manipulation, yes, as from the context it doesn't appear to be literal "story" kind of thing.

It does, though? The Goddess herself is best known for her stories and writing. Even one of the characters is said to be "a character born from the pages of a story"

No, in the other context that you've edited away.
"Long, long ago, the gods of the high heavens gave the world outside the castle a magic of its own. They called it: "storytelling."

"It was a magic of almost unshakable power that governed how people met, grew close, and understood one another."

"Each person had a story meant for them, and them alone, one whose ending was written in the heavens long ago."

"In truth, your story and the evil dragon's are simply two versions of the same tale, and that is something the magic of storytelling cannot abide."

"Beyond the castle's walls, your story cannot take root for the evil dragon's tale has done so already."
Doesn't sound that different from simple fate depiction to me.
