Just found another issue, you can't reply to individual parts of a message, without "refreshing" first...
(The button doesn't show up when you have selected a part of a comment you want to reply to)

Somewhat similar, I am apparently watching the "forum" right now... (It just shows the wrong place where I am)

Possibly a personal issue then? For me, it says you are in this thread rn, but for me, it just says "viewing forum list"

Yeahhhh, a personal issue for us, but if we look at the others, it shows correctly where they at. Hmmghhh

It is specificly when you look at your own profile that it shows wrong, looking at others works just fine.

Update to a new version often made a new bugs. Hope we can fix this anytime soon.

Since we are here, can we propose some stuff that could be helpful? (No idea how hard these are to fix, since Idk program, but I think both of them are good ideas at least)
*Fixing an old bug where you can't get rid of the notifications for follow-up comments on the message wall
*Add a reply function on the message wall, so it would be easier to discuss certain topics.

The positive thing about the new update is that, I don't have to click any symbols or manually refresh to get an alerts, now the alerts can pop up immediately even when I'm just scrolling.

though, the bugs kinda ruined it... which is sad

I also noticed that the featured content page does not work currently, and that the main page title for this thread has turned "What's" to "Whats".

This appears to be a core XenForo bug. The issue should be fixed in the latest XenForo patch once it has been rolled out.

when clicking on profile posts from alerts, it doesn't automatically read the alert, you need to either go to your profile or hit Mark read for it to go away

When I clicked the alerts from the thread that I'm watching, it doesn't take me to the reply comments immediately. I had to go to either What's New or my Profile first before I can get to the reply.

The gap wrote comment to the thread is somehow more further than before. Idk if it's just me.

Thank you everyone for testing the new system and for reporting the issues you found. I really appreciate everyone who took the time to share feedback. The quick bug reports helped me identify and fix problems very quickly.

I am also very happy that there have only been a small number of issues so far. Considering the size of this change and the fact that it is running on a live production site with real user activity and data, the rollout has gone really well.

One of my main goals with this project was to make the forum experience feel more like a modern website with faster navigation, smoother transitions, and a more responsive overall experience.

Over the last couple of years, web applications have moved toward modern architectures and app-like experiences. I wanted to bring some of those improvements to XenForo while keeping the familiar forum experience that everyone knows.

A lot of work has gone into making this system support a Single Page Application style experience, where navigation feels faster and smoother compared to traditional full page reloads. It has taken a lot of time and effort to design, optimize, and make everything work properly with XenForo.

I would love to hear your experience so far. Does the forum feel faster? Does navigation feel smoother? Are you noticing improvements in your daily usage?

If you see anything else, whether it is a bug, something that feels unusual, or an idea that could improve the experience, please continue to share it here. Your feedback is extremely valuable and helps make the system better for everyone.

Just had a post happen on the same thread. It works for reading/unreading posts, but I still have to reload pages for posts beyond that.

I’ve been having issues when copying information and text from other websites. For example, when I pasted a comment from Discord, the text appeared in white. And when I pasted something from Wikipedia, the text became offset to one side and a box appeared around it that can be scrolled horizontally.

In regards to the forum update:
Masked has noticed some increased speed, so thank you for that.
The alerts have been finicky, requiring Masked to right-click on them and open them in a new tab, but refreshing the page usually fixes it.
Since there has already been progress regarding this issue, Masked will leave it at that.

It depends on the source. I always use this trick to ensure no hidden tags. Good practice

When you use "advanced search" and search something, pressing "go back" doesn't send you back to "advanced search" but searches "*" aka sends you to https://vsbattles.com/search/search.

At first, I thought it was a problem with the community or a problem with my phone or the browser. Anyway, there are some glitches, like when you click on someone's profile, it takes you directly to them.

Also, frankly, after this update, a lot of problems have appeared.

I used to browse through the community pages at lightning speed, literally, but now after this update, it has become slower and not faster in my opinion.

I think you are facing the same caching issue. Please try incognito mode or clear the browser cache.

Isn't the reason why it doesn't keep the search or decisions rn is because the page actually reloads when you try to nagivate back or forward rather than simply going back?
