Question about Omnipotence?

Could a character who is not necessarily the strongest be granted omnipotence.

The character is immutable, self-existing, omnipresent, omniscient, and “absolute”. However there is a stronger character called The
Absolute who I think qualifies for Teir 0 but the character in question I’m talking about is H1-A+ and basically is omnipotent besides being under The Absolute. Either way is it possible for multiple characters to be Omnipotent?

Depends on how it is portrayed.

What you said above isn't mutually exclusive for T0, Type 2 can have same things too. If character above js portrays better requirements for T0 ig you can argue for it.

But smth that js doesn't fit T0 predating Type 2 would be js anti feat.

No it’s not something predating or stronger than the T0 being but rather a character who is utterly free and immutable while still being confined within the T0 being but not within “existence”.

Now that I look back at it, it was a stupid question.

I was under the impression that being immutable and able to do anything in provided it aligns with the 3 laws of thought would be enough to qualify for omnipotence on some level.
