I think it's just Hakari > Gojo > Sukuna > Maybe Kenjaku. Dabura's in a way different class.

I'm talking about rct too. Hakari goes off instinct, doesn't need to be delicate, and has infinite ce to sustain his rct. Gojo has complex manipulation, has the feats to back it up and Uraume's statement implies he's high. Sukuna has large ce, some decent rct feats and is good at precision and Uraume's statement implies he's high like Gojo. Kenjaku is a maybe, but I could see like Yuki or Yuji.

Dabura's feat is better cuz he did it without instincts and without the concept unlike Yuta or Hakari. Yuta also seems to be bad at manipulation since had low rct after like four times. Or maybe he fought a lot so he was low against Kuro. Not sure but he's definitely ass compared to the rest.

I said different class and separated Dabura from the scaling because what he did was about intelligence. I feel like I made it apparent they weren't being compared for the same aspect.
