Alright, although it was previously downgraded, after I incorporated the "False R>F" terminology, it is now fully viable.

Essentially, the "Real World" is a realm that views everything below it—such as the plane of paper or the computer environment—as merely a flat surface. So +1D

Animation Tools:
• Upgraded to Tier 1-C.

• Removed BDE1; replaced with Higher-Dimensional Existence and Large Size (Type 10).

For all characters: (This is because all characters capable of influencing one another have already been listed on the profile page. Even low-level characters can easily destroy the animators' dimension.)
• Tier: Varies from 8-B to High 3-A; 1-C at peak.

• Lifting Strength: Immeasurable (simply because they view the realm below as nothing more than a flat plane on paper).

Speed:
• Change the MFTL+ section to Infinite for all characters: Buster Bunny can walk to the very end of "The Film Reel," a 5D structure containing the entire multiverse—with the universe itself being infinite, as stated by Yakko.

This also serves, in part, as an additional example of a False R>F scenario.

Link scaling for all effected characters. Other than that, this is a strong abductive case. I approve, agree.

All characters? Does that mean tier 1 Big Chungus? Just curious.
I actually forgot mention it—I'm not sure how the Looney Tunes games scale in terms of power, so I'll leave them out. Also, Freakazoid won't be scaled to Tier 1-C.

The whole premise of World of Mayhem is just having the characters fighting each other, and that naturally includes the regular incarnations of Bugs and others, add to that the variants in such game being technically clones per the introductory cutscene and such sort of claim isn't too outlandish.

Then I guess it's work
