With equal speed I'd say Welt, prior knowledge means he's just going to instantly pop SRB, unsure if AS has anyway to avoid or survive it. However this depends on how AS treats lower beings, if he underestimates them, then I'll vote Welt, if not his attack would land before Welt's probably, or they could trigger them at the same time

Edit: Also since SRB is ED and practically functions like a cosmology nuke, iirc NEP 1 & 3 isn't saving him, and even then I've heard compelling arguments for why NEP 2 would or wouldn't allow for one to survive that so, but eh kinda irrelevant since he doesn't have NEP 2

So I looked up some things on that sandbox and other sources. I highly doubt this guy has actually natural godly regen. The scan and the justifications show one of the characters saying "This is the "super spiral universe" where thought is given form". So he was specifically talking about the properties of that specific realm. Additionally, his body was apparently obliterated and had to be remade by others 7 years later so idk how this can even count as godly regen.

Essentially, it's just a pocket dimension/reality/whatever that has this ability and even then it's finnicky and doesn't actually fully regen.

All in all, this sandbox is a fraud and Welt stomps.

That did not answer my question. Welt wouldn’t even know what he is fighting. He quite literally cannot perceive the scale of Anti Spirall.

His movement alone would unconsciously kill Welt.

actually he prolly could through 12D range but even anti spiral doesnt start out that big
 
imaginary singularites are fixed points in imaginary space with imaginary space being infinite in a transfinite sense on a 11D level... i think he;ll be fine
 
 
multiple things for anti spiral: Same case as acheron: 1) Spiral dosnt have a mind body soul or substance do liley dosnt have a body, so half of the haxes here are useless. IM2 for both could make it fair ig but size alone will kill welt and half of the cosmo (as we using super gramezoma). 2) The gramezoma is equal to the super tengan toppa gurren laggan, which: Exists in and as large as galaxies/universes inside Anti-Spiral's realm, with its true size being impossible to calculate. Is created as a Quantum Body by "layering/stratificating" the multiverse. Contains a Super Spiral Universe within itself. 3) his bfr is instant and can only by escpaed by having 11D stats, simon needed to absorb the cosmology himself to escape it. what his bfr basically does is a trap to confine victim's consciousness into infinite possibilities by materializing the multiverse, generated by the divergence of the time axis at the moment of perception instant to instant and replacing it with infinite universes, so welt cant escape this, even if he has 12 HDE he can't actually escape it. So that's 3 wincons for him

so my vote is spiral
