Peter's advantages:

· Unrelenting Fury
· A vast array of additional equipment for neutralizing the enemy

Peter's webbing will be useless against Kaneki in this matchup, and the AP gap is compensated by Kaneki's piercing/cutting damage.

Thanks to his LS, Kaneki will be able to break Peter's limbs and possibly even tear them off — and this is all without even entering Kakuja state. Accelerated perception, extrasensory perception, and enhanced senses should help him defend against Spider's tricky attacks. His regeneration should allow him to tank whatever is thrown at him. Once he enters Centipede mode, it's only a matter of time before he kills Peter.

On Peter's side, he has AP-boosting gear, drones, and stunning attacks. He'll notice Kaneki's regeneration and will try to knock him out by concussing his brain. Spider-Sense should help him effectively evade attacks and counter the fact that the kagune is unreadable through conventional means.

Just for this part, I feel like Venom/Symbiotes and Kaneki are kind of similar (brute strength with high regenerative powers and can summon extra limb-like tools; except w/o the weaknesses and different stats).

But Legendarium said it well on Kaneki's other advantages, so putting my full vote on Kaneki, especially since he can just go Kakuja and really tear Spidey into pieces.

Peter is more experienced in the second part and fights well against groups of enemies. So he can handle the tentacles

Furthermore, upon noticing Kaneki's regeneration, he can absorb electricity from wires to fire an energy projectile at Kaneki, which had previously cut through 7-C Sandman.

The advantage just doesn't seem that significant, especially when Kaneki can AD through that

Sandman is stationary though, Kaneki should be able to dodge it, not to mention that's assuming that Peter can absorb as much electricity from wires(even though he never even does that) as Miles supplied him with in that moment.

Peter has attacks that inflict paralysis, sonic attacks, and electricity manipulation. Kaneki resists electricity only with his kagune. Nothing prevents Peter from stunning a ghoul with his abilities, then frying him with electricity or knocking him out with physical force. Regeneration doesn't protect against knockouts.

You're seriously underestimating Spidey.
