But for intang, katakuri obly has type 2 elemental intang so minato can easily interacr with it
For class P mochi, sage mode would help minato and even if not, he could just teleport from it
Ob haki is heavily counter minato but im sure minato can counter it
He has also analytical prediction woth sage mode even if its weaker than obs haki

Katakuri has more stamina but thats doesnt means minato lack of stamina, and i dont think fight would be to long
Also minato is way smarter than katakuri and can outsmart him

Minato needs layered elemental intangibility negation to interact with Katakuri, not NPI.

Minato is also just straight up slower than Katakuri, even without Future Sight. I seriously doubt that Minato would be able to land a single blow here. He's also at a disadvantage in terms of AP.

And minato also has sagemode to bost his speed even more

And Katakuri has Kenbun which can amp perception and reactions to the level where they can see relative fighters in slow motion.

Katakuri basically has every winning advantage over Minato in this fight. His Edged Mochi can essentially be used the whole fight as it doesn't take much energy to maintain and is already over double Minato's AP and Durability. There's also the speed difference where Minato is only 0.14c and Katakuri is at least >1c; Minato only matches Katakuri with specific techniques and amps that are going to affect his stamina.

There's also the insane LS difference. Where Katakuri has a 34,204.11x LS in Base and a 63,371,679.2x difference with Mochi. There's the Flying Raijin but with Katakuri's Future Sight, every possible teleport location can be coated with Mochi in advance

Minato is going to be pinned down pummeled by a barrage of Haki Coated Power Mochi punches.

Minato seems slower because we only has 1c for numbered scaling, but minato is fsr faster than it because of basic chainscaling
Sasuke with 3 tomoe is 0.86c and he awakened mangekyo which is a blitz amp and Raikage blitzed mangekyo sasuke while base minato was able to react his fastest punch easily, and he has sage mode to upgrade his speed even more his future sight is a big problem but from what i see, katakuri doesnt use it contuniously
And minato was fast enough to dodge his attacks.

And Katakuri has Kenbun which can amp perception and reactions to the level where they can see relative fighters in slow motion

Then he can amp it with sagemode

İts says "before gear 2" so with enough speed, maybe couldnt use obs haki while fighting, i dont know how to explain it but he got hit by gear4 luffy and he only activated his future sight after it,atleast its from what i see in the profile
