Nothing is stopping from Kamek turning crystals into blocks. Sealing culex, can prevent culex from using moves or items entirely. Hell he even has his own stat amps like culex. Arguably even better given how he can duplicate himself into 5.

Kamek is on par with mario in terms of skill. Organized in combat too. However, Culex has a similar ability which

• Statistics Amplification Negation (Through the use of Shredder, Culex is able to remove and reset any stat buffs applied to a party member)

• Resistance to Status Effect Inducement (Culex is unable to be inflicted with any status, which includes Fear (an effect that halves the attack and defense of the inflicted person), Poison, Mute, and Sleep)

Makes this extremely difficult for kamek, any amp kamek has would not matter. Culex has fought 1v3's so kamek clones won't matter. I don't see much he can do and he also gets outranged as well. Kamek's only saving grace is turning the crystals into blocks or any other creature. However as soon as one crystal goes down, culex becomes stronger and should pummel kamek no issue. So im voting culex, low mid diff.
