To answer your question:
No, it isn't contradicted, as far as Masked is aware.

Mind you, that's mostly because we know so little about The Creator.
The only interaction we really have is with a "Messenger" it created.
Sarah spent her whole story arc trying to uncover traces of The Creator, and she's dead now.
Also, we're not even sure the Messenger is a reliable source.

Here, the in-game text says it better:
As for Their true nature and purpose, nearly all available information points to one conclusion — "unknown."
The mysterious enemy that was defeated by the Proxy and their companions in the depths of the Lemnian Hollow wasn't the Creator's true form, but rather a Messenger created by the Creator.

at best it would be something literally nobody can scale to so i don't think it really matters as far as the verse is concerned anyways (for now)
