Not sure, Player seems to outhax, what is even his regeneration limit?
The hax are just powers that he has.
He can regen from being punctured a myriad of times in his head so around mid.
Dunno how would Ben bypass the regen he doesn't have something to explode his body the player also seems to resist heat so heatblast isn't an option
He still does take damage for every hit but that's how far his regen can stand. So if he does take too much damage, he will end up dying.

There is an albeit poorly indexed rule with speed equal where the slower character can't blitz the faster character (check the actual speed equal threads if u want legitimate evidence on this being a thing because the wiki itself is extremely vague with it)
