I vote for Superman. Since speed is equalized, this match comes down to durability and adaptation. Even if Metamorpho turns into Kryptonite, Superman can adapt and build resistance to it over time. Plus, he has proven he can withstand hits from similar AP tiers (like Armored Batman) even while weakened, allowing him to outlast Metamorpho.

Yeah so Metamorpho can quite honestly become a big ass kryptonite hammer and just bully superman with it.

Well while weakened by Kryptonite, he was able to survive attacks from Armored Batman,

He literally got his ass beat at the second dose. If batman wanted to, he would have killed that man. If Kryptonite gets superman bullied like that, then I can assure you that if Metamorpho sees superman, he would 100% go into a big ass aoe kryptonite f!$! you mode and just bully superman from there until he gets layed out.
I'll go for metamorpho for this one.

Superman cannot do that by any means. If he was able to do that, Superman would have been layed out Batman in the movie and the second Gas Kryptonite dose wouldn't have affected him. He ain't Garou, my man.

Though Superman's heat vision could allow him to do more damage. Seems he can handle Kryptonite at close proximity but given the spear killed Doomsday, he probably can't adapt to its effects. However, he did survive being shot with a kryptonite bullet later on.
