He only did it once and they cant really revive it seems. Theres only 8 lygus’ left to my knowledge so unless he alr has it this should just be multilocation. Also lygus himself is one of the fragments Zandar was the real body

Otto is transferring his consciousness across bodies, this guy however split his consciousness across bodies. The former is just dude switching his body, can control only 1 at a time, the latter due to the splitting consciousness can act independently similar to a hive mind
