Okay, this match is interesting, so let's analyze the advantages of each team, which would be:
Dempsey:
  • Advantage of physical AP less than 1.5x and greater durability.
  • AP (One-shot) much higher with weapons. (Ray Gun 13.2x and higher with Wunderwaffe).
  • LS advantage of 1.7x.
  • Massively higher range with weapons.
  • Massively higher attack speed with weapons.
Deadpool:
  • Better Stamina + Immortality type 2 and 3.
  • Much more skilled overall.
  • It can regenerate without problems from any Dempsey attack.
  • It can travel through time and BFR.
Overall, Dempsey has the advantage in the stats, but Deadpool has the edge in every skill, from acrobatics to hand-to-hand combat and weapons handling. Deadpool has better aiming feats, and although Dempsey can shoot while running and sliding, Deadpool's skill is superior.
 
Oh these is the live action version of Deadpool huh.

While I agree with Pyro's analysis, but I ultimately think the fact that Tank can one shot his opponent is a massive advantage, especially through the Ray Gun which can't be blocked. Plus Deadpool's Regeneration is a lot slower in FOX than the comics - my only concern would be Deadpool's time travel but he doesn't use that immediately usually.

Going with Tank 75/100 times, so voting for him.
 
Well, I was thinking that Deadpool, with his skill, shouldn't have much trouble dealing with Dempsey and could even do some aim dodging. The thing is, he really needs to take it seriously at the start of the fight and not try to tank any shots from the Ray Gun. Besides, the Wunderwaffe is technically a guided shot at a certain distance, so... Yeah, I think I'm going to vote for Dempsey, even though Deadpool has a chance of killing him with his skill

Yes it is. Perks, elixirs, gobblegums, power-ups, and a lot of shit is missing, but that wouldn't affect the match since it is Optional Equipment. From Ultimis, the only one that the Outdated tag really affects is Richtofen.
That and the Immortality that wouldn't be added until uhh 2030 since it's the last thing of Aether revision.
