Yep, you guys new this was going to happen. Now that we have actual profiles for dispatch we are going ahead​

Blonde Blazer:

• AP: 2.024154 Tons of TNT, higher via Ergokinesis
• LS: >71.93 Metric Tons

Starlight:

• AP: 0.428 Tons of TNT, higher via Egrokinesis (20.56 Tons of Tnt with enough time)
• LS: 1.348127 Metric TOns

Arena+Rules:

• The Arena is Vought Tower on Floor 99, but they start on opposite sides of the Floor
• Speed is Equalized
• We are Assuming the 8-C Version of Annie and assuming her maximum output for lights is 20.56 Tons
• Starlight starts fully charged and has 24 hours of prep

There is quite literally nothing starlight can do here, the boys characters aren't especially agile or mobile fighters and tend to fight like regular dudes for the most part. something like this alone makes blazer have a big advantage in mobility and she's a much more versatile combatant in ability and varied usage.

Blazer has LS, Skill, AP/Dura and can still further amp her damage with her powers and can defend herself with her forcefields.

Blazer takes this neg diff before starlight can even do any meaningful damage

So, BB has higher AP than Starlight. She has higher lifting strength. She is smarter than Starlight. At least as skilled as Starlight.

So in a straight brawl BB wins.

Looking at abilities and equipment.

BB's fast metabolism would counter Starlight's sleep dart.

The only thing that might help Starlight is the blinding light. Has Blazer ever fought Prism before? Because she might have experience dealing with people whose kit includes flashing them.

Annie's wincon requires Mandy to just stand there for over half a minute and watch as her opponent starts glowing and levitating while the lights in the building all burst as she's very obviously charging up an attack.

Blazer can literally just fly up and there’s nothing starlight could do, she can't do any attacks while flying

If Blazer keeps her 2 tons in this scenario she gets 1 shot if the full blast hits her but thats assuming she just stands in one place after seeing startlight surging with power with lights flickering and her aiming at Blazer so it could potentially be a wincon but at the same time it might not be since blazer can just move out of the way at the start
