Yeah, we all knew it was coming. Originally it was supposed to be Mainline Punisher, but he just stomps. The MCU version should be way closer​

Characters:

Punisher (MCU):

• AP: 0.08385 Tons of Tnt
• LS: 1.41 Metric Tons

Butcher (Dynamite Comics):

• AP: 0.061 Tons of Tnt
• LS: 0.542 Metric Tons

Very true, The Punisher has Rifles, and Sub Machine guns. He evens out the weaponry ground pretty easily, I'd even say he one ups Billy. Billy obviously can't go into CQC because as far as I see, he gets AP, LS and skill diffed in seconds - minutes. The distance helps, however I believe The Punisher just switches weapons and lights up the streets until Billy is eventually hit. They're equalized down to 90 m/s meaning, The Punisher should be able to easily evade missiles and momentarily outrun bombs before they detonate. He has dealt with such weaponry aswell. The Punisher takes this 7/10 times, possibly higher, Punisher FRA

However, Butcher here is more experienced. Punisher had just started his career in the MCU, while Dynamite Butcher has been doing this for nearly 20 years and is used to fighting people with higher LS than him like Stormfront.

Does not mean a single thing. Different verses, and training. Similar jobs does not interlink same experience or level of skill. Punisher has fought and is comparable to Dare devil. Punisher is this combat skilled on his own;

Butcher is skilled. But the levels between their training, knowledge and combat ability Arsenal is so much different. They also cannot be equalized just because they have similar occupations, its different verses and storyline. Feats matter.

Punisher had just started his career in the MCU, while Dynamite Butcher has been doing this more nearly 20 years and is used to fighting people with higher LS than him like Stormfront.

Skill ≠ Experience. Here's the thing, Stormfront can choke him out, or even rip out his spine anytime she wants simply because she's a supes. Him having experience against them does not invalidate the LS difference. He's getting lifted and thrown mid combat, and Punisher has the ability to snap necks with his LS. He cannot out strength that at all.

I also think Punisher is much more skilled than Butcher, since they may have similar military training and you could argue that Butcher has more varied experiences, but the truth is that Punisher has dealt with more people comparable to him and with a higher skill level than anyone Butcher has ever fought. I'll vote for Punisher.
