Nana vs the Monolith.
Nana is currently picking up litter from a beach (Just go with it) when she notices a large shadow on the horizon. As it approaches, it seems vaguely human, yet distorted. The various governments around the world have tried to cover up the danger these beings pose, but she knows from a Mimic attacking her and her friends on a camping trip that the Vita Carnis are not to be taken lightly. As the Monolith rapidly approaches, intent on reducing Kamakura to rubble, Nana stands alone as the only one in the immediate area able to combat it, and it's approaching too fast for her go all the way back to the Maple House to get Lucy's help.
Both in-character.
Nana has prior knowledge on the Monolith due to the tapes and research of C.A.R.C.A.S., which Kurama discretely mailed to her knowing that C.A.R.C.A.S. itself had lost sight of its original goal. The Monolith has no knowledge on Diclonii.
Nana gets her prosthetic limbs.
Nana gets one hour of prep time. The Monolith technically also gets it, but idk what it would do with it aside from fry Kamakura's tech with an EMP.

The Monolith:

She's listed as being able to output 1 ton of TNT vs the Monolith's at least 3. It doesn't seem like that big of a difference unless I'm missing something, is all I can say.
I mean, it's a difference of at least 3x where the stronger character also has an LS advantage and is able to regenerate quickly.

It's also 120 meters tall, which makes it a lot more difficult to do any meaningful damage that it couldn't regenerate due to how much bigger it is. Doing damage at that level to a creature that big might as well be impossible at her size.

I'm now imagining her slashing at its 'ankles' continuously'

I really should finish updating Elfen Lied. Amazing anime.

from what I remember, Nana might lose this. Anime only, so she's probably wilder but it's high diff for now

IIIRC in the manga she has some slight martial arts and can shoot her limbs like Baymax. Though I think her Vectors remain her best option here.
