Herrschers are pure concepts but tbh it could just be his core which means welt can just keep coming back with type 8 immo
 
Well Welt can passively emit Honkai Energy, is there anything he doesn't resist in standard effects? If he doesn't resist it all he'll likely be stunned (or even killed if he doesn't resist most of it) by Honkai Corruption.
 
What wincoins does Sosuke even have besides skills and making the match long throught his immortality?
