Garou's heat resistance allows him to tank tens of millions of degree celsius heat, and his resistances grow in potency exponentially with his RE.

Garou's radiation and resistance is accepted as being over 83.6 billion Grays, so he's fine.

Imaginary Energy has like this Imaginary Imprisonment status effect inducement which slows Garou down and is based on Information Manipulation (Type 2) amongst other things such as quantum matter manipulation

Garou has Macro-Quantum matter, antimatter manipulation, and body control, and he can adapt to the status effect inducement, gaining a resistance.
